This Intellectual Property Policy governs ownership and usage rights relating to content, designs, and products provided by Majestic Puzzles, operated by Tapija d.o.o.

1. OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • website design and layout
  • text, graphics, and visual elements
  • branding, logos, and trade names
  • product presentation and mockups
  • software components and interface elements

is the exclusive property of Tapija d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

2. CUSTOMER UPLOADED CONTENT

Customers retain ownership of the photographs they upload to the Website.

However, by uploading images, the Customer grants Tapija d.o.o. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

  • process the images
  • generate AI-based artwork
  • create personalised products
  • store the images temporarily for order fulfilment

This licence exists solely for the purpose of completing the Customer’s order.

3. GENERATED ARTWORK RIGHTS

All AI-generated artwork, including intermediate and final designs, are and remain the intellectual property of Tapija d.o.o.

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • they do not acquire ownership of generated artwork
  • they receive no rights to reproduce, distribute, or resell the artwork
  • the purchase includes only the physical product delivered

Any digital representation of the artwork remains protected.

4. USE OF PRODUCTS

Purchased physical products may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Customers may not:

  • reproduce the artwork digitally or physically
  • resell printed designs or derivatives
  • use designs for commercial branding or marketing
  • upload generated artwork to third-party platforms for resale

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROTECTION

All AI-generated outputs created through our systems are considered original works created under the direction of Tapija d.o.o.

These outputs are protected from:

  • copying
  • imitation
  • redistribution
  • commercial exploitation

without prior written consent.

6. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers are strictly prohibited from uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including:

  • copyrighted characters
  • trademarks
  • logos
  • brand identities
  • celebrity likenesses without permission

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content suspected of infringement.

7. INFRINGEMENT REPORTING

If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly on this Website, please contact:
