Welcome to Majestic Puzzles ("Website"), operated by Tapija d.o.o., a company incorporated in the Republic of Croatia.

By accessing, browsing or placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through www.majestic-puzzles.com.

Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "our", and "us" refer to Tapija d.o.o.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may place an order only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or
  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where these conditions are not met.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Majestic Puzzles creates personalised jigsaw puzzles featuring AI-generated artwork based on customer-submitted photographs and selected creative themes.

Each puzzle is produced individually after an order has been placed.

No two personalised products are identical.

The images displayed on our Website are representative examples. The final product may vary depending on:

  • uploaded photographs;
  • selected theme;
  • AI interpretation;
  • image quality;
  • printing process;
  • monitor or mobile display settings.

Minor variations between the on-screen preview and the printed product do not constitute defects.

4. AI-GENERATED ARTWORK

Our artwork is created using artificial intelligence based on customer instructions and uploaded photographs.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • AI-generated artwork is an artistic interpretation and not an exact photographic reproduction.
  • Minor differences in facial features, hairstyles, clothing details, backgrounds, colours, lighting, proportions, artistic style or composition are normal characteristics of AI-generated artwork.
  • Such variations are not considered defects.
  • Minor AI imperfections do not entitle the Customer to refunds, replacements or cancellations.

Customers are shown a preview before placing an order.

By completing the purchase, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the final artwork.

Once payment has been completed, production begins immediately.

5. ORDER PROCESS

The ordering process generally consists of the following steps:

  1. The Customer selects a puzzle design or theme.
  2. The Customer uploads one or more photographs.
  3. Artificial intelligence generates personalised artwork.
  4. The Customer reviews the generated preview.
  5. The Customer confirms satisfaction with the artwork.
  6. Payment is completed.
  7. Production begins.
  8. The completed puzzle is shipped.

No production begins before payment has been successfully received.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • uploading suitable photographs;
  • ensuring uploaded files are of sufficient quality;
  • reviewing the preview carefully before purchase;
  • checking spelling of any personalised text;
  • ensuring all uploaded content is lawful.

The Customer confirms that they own, or have obtained all necessary permissions to use, every uploaded image.

The Customer indemnifies Tapija d.o.o. against any claims arising from the unlawful use of uploaded content.

7. ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Customers must not upload content that:

  • infringes copyright;
  • infringes trademarks;
  • infringes privacy rights;
  • contains illegal material;
  • contains nudity or sexually explicit content;
  • promotes violence;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination;
  • depicts child abuse or exploitation;
  • contains defamatory material;
  • contains malware or malicious files.

We also reserve the right to reject images that include copyrighted characters, brands or intellectual property, including but not limited to well-known entertainment franchises, where we reasonably believe their use could infringe third-party rights.

Orders containing prohibited content may be cancelled without notice.

8. IMAGE QUALITY

The quality of the finished puzzle depends significantly on the uploaded photographs.

We cannot improve photographs that are:

  • blurry;
  • heavily compressed;
  • pixelated;
  • poorly lit;
  • excessively cropped;
  • partially obscured;
  • otherwise unsuitable.

Where possible, we may request replacement images.

If the Customer chooses to proceed using low-quality photographs, the resulting print quality shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where:

  • uploaded material breaches these Terms;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • production is technically impossible;
  • legal obligations require cancellation;
  • abusive or threatening behaviour is directed towards our staff.

Where payment has already been received and production has not commenced, an appropriate refund will be issued.

10. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

11. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments (including major credit and debit cards)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

12. PERSONALISATION PROCESS

All products are personalised based on customer input.

This includes:

  • selection of theme;
  • uploaded photographs;
  • AI-generated transformation of images;
  • final customer approval before purchase.

The Customer acknowledges that the final preview represents the approved design.

Once approved and paid, no further changes can be made.

Because each product is custom-made, production begins immediately after purchase confirmation.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • designs
  • artwork
  • product visuals
  • website layout
  • branding elements
  • software and interface elements

are the exclusive property of Tapija d.o.o. or its licensors.

Customers receive no ownership rights over any AI-generated artwork or designs.

Purchase of a product grants only ownership of the physical item delivered.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any artwork or design is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

14. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING AND FULFILMENT

Products are manufactured and fulfilled through carefully selected third-party production partners.

These partners operate on our behalf to print, assemble, and deliver orders.

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • production may be carried out outside of Croatia;
  • fulfilment partners may change over time;
  • this does not affect the Customer’s contractual relationship with Tapija d.o.o.;
  • we remain responsible for ensuring proper order handling and delivery coordination.

15. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is available only to the United Kingdom.

Estimated processing time: 2–4 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services;
  • customs processing;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes or force majeure events;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.

Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

16. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT)

Because all products are personalised and made to order based on customer specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for custom-made goods.

By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees that:

  • production begins immediately after payment and confirmation;
  • the right to cancel or withdraw is lost once production starts.

However, this does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in cases of:

  • damaged goods;
  • manufacturing defects;
  • incorrect items received.

17. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

  • product arrives damaged;
  • printing or manufacturing error occurs;
  • incorrect item has been delivered.

In such cases, Customers must contact support within a reasonable time after delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue.

We may, at our discretion:

  • replace the product; or
  • issue a full or partial refund.

No refunds are issued for:

  • customer dissatisfaction with AI-generated artistic interpretation;
  • minor variations between preview and final product;
  • low-quality uploaded images provided by the Customer;
  • incorrect approval of the final design.

18. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question;
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • we are not responsible for loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • war, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • strikes or labour disputes
  • interruptions in transport or logistics
  • failures of internet, hosting, or payment systems
  • disruptions at third-party manufacturing or fulfilment partners
  • government actions or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, but we are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by such events.

20. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Details on how we collect, use, and store personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using this Website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to such processing as necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, and legal compliance.

Uploaded photographs are processed solely for the purpose of generating personalised artwork and fulfilling the order.

21. IMAGE STORAGE AND RETENTION

Uploaded images are stored only for as long as necessary to complete order processing and fulfilment.

All customer-uploaded images are permanently deleted within a maximum of 4 business days after order completion, unless longer retention is required for legal or dispute resolution purposes.

We do not use customer images for marketing or training purposes without explicit consent.

22. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

However, where mandatory consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom apply, those rights shall remain unaffected.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

We always encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Tapija d.o.o. regarding the use of this Website and purchase of products.

No oral or written statements outside these Terms shall have legal effect unless formally incorporated.
