Acceptable Image Upload Policy

This policy defines what types of images may be uploaded to Majestic Puzzles, operated by Tapija d.o.o., and the conditions under which images may be rejected.

1. PURPOSE

This policy ensures that all uploaded content used for AI-generated personalised products is:

  • lawful
  • appropriate
  • safe for processing
  • compliant with third-party rights
  • suitable for commercial production

2. GENERAL RULE

By uploading any image, the Customer confirms that:

  • they own the image, or
  • they have full legal permission to use it

The Customer is solely responsible for the legality of all uploaded content.

3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following types of content are not allowed under any circumstances:

3.1 Illegal or harmful content

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • exploitation of minors
  • terrorism-related content
  • instructions or depictions of illegal activities

3.2 Explicit or sexual content

  • nudity or sexually explicit imagery
  • pornographic material
  • fetish content intended for sexual stimulation

3.3 Violence and abuse

  • graphic violence
  • torture
  • abuse or harm to humans or animals

3.4 Hate and discrimination

  • content promoting racism
  • hate speech
  • extremist ideology

3.5 Intellectual property infringement

  • copyrighted characters (e.g. Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Pokémon, etc.)
  • branded or trademarked characters or designs
  • celebrity images used without permission

3.6 Privacy violations

  • images of individuals without consent
  • private or sensitive personal data
  • doxxing-related content

4. IMAGE QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Uploaded images must meet minimum quality standards:

  • clear subject visibility
  • sufficient resolution for processing
  • adequate lighting
  • no extreme blur or distortion
  • no heavily cropped faces or objects

Low-quality images may result in:

  • degraded AI output
  • rejection of the order
  • request for replacement image

5. TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS

We may reject images that:

  • cannot be processed by AI systems
  • are corrupted or unreadable files
  • contain excessive compression artifacts
  • are incompatible formats

6. RIGHT TO REJECT CONTENT

We reserve the right to:

  • reject any uploaded image
  • suspend processing of an order
  • request alternative images
  • cancel an order where necessary

This may occur without prior notice if content violates this policy.

7. AI PROCESSING NOTICE

Uploaded images are processed using artificial intelligence to generate personalised artwork.

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • AI interpretation may alter original appearance
  • results are not exact reproductions
  • artistic variation is expected and normal

8. CUSTOMER LIABILITY

The Customer agrees that they are fully responsible for:

  • ensuring legal rights to uploaded content
  • obtaining consent from any individuals depicted
  • ensuring compliance with applicable laws

The Customer indemnifies Tapija d.o.o. against any claims arising from misuse of uploaded images.

9. IMAGE USE LIMITATION

Uploaded images are used only for:

  • generating the Customer’s personalised product
  • order fulfilment

We do not:

  • distribute images publicly
  • sell or share images
  • use images for marketing
  • use images for AI training

unless explicit consent is provided.

10. DATA RETENTION

All uploaded images are deleted within 4 business days after order completion, unless retention is required for:

  • legal compliance
  • fraud prevention
  • dispute resolution

11. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
