Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

This document explains the statutory right of withdrawal and provides the official withdrawal form for purchases made from Majestic Puzzles, operated by Tapija d.o.o.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – GENERAL INFORMATION

Consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to all products.

2. EXCLUSION FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

All products sold by Majestic Puzzles are:

  • custom-made
  • personalised
  • produced based on customer-submitted photographs
  • created using AI-generated artwork
  • manufactured only after customer approval

Therefore, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once:

  • the Customer has approved the design, and
  • production has begun

By placing an order, the Customer explicitly agrees that:

  • production starts immediately after payment and confirmation
  • the right of withdrawal is lost once production begins

3. BEFORE PRODUCTION STARTS

If a cancellation request is received before production begins, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • approve cancellation, and
  • issue a full refund

Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. EXCEPTIONS – STATUTORY RIGHTS

The exclusion of withdrawal does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in cases of:

  • defective products
  • damaged goods
  • incorrect items delivered
  • manufacturing errors

These cases are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL (IF APPLICABLE)

If a valid withdrawal is accepted before production begins:

  • we will refund all payments received from the Customer
  • refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase
  • no additional fees will be charged for the refund

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
